Customers provide their mobile phone number when requesting information, estimates, inspections, scheduling, or services through our website contact form, by phone, or during the service scheduling process.
Our website contact form includes the following disclosure:
"By submitting this form and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive customer care and service-related text messages from Bee Safe Pest Solutions regarding appointments, estimates, service updates, and account-related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
SMS Registration Disclosure
When anyone reaches out via SMS for the first time, they are automatically sent the following opt-in message:
"Thanks for reaching out to BeeSafe Pest Solutions. Please reply YES to confirm you're willing to receive texts from us."
NOTE: This is a GoDaddy client that has the same opt-in flow as other approved campaigns, and the opt-in does not occur on a website.
